Three years ago these two walked down the aisle as strangers, paired up as bridesmaid and groomsmen. It wasn’t until a few weeks later when Noah offered to help Brittany move that their relationship took the next step. (Side note here: a major bravo to Noah on the offer to help move, if you ask me!).
Now, just a few years later, Brittany & Noah are looking ahead to when they get to walk down the aisle together, this time as bride and groom.
Last month, I got to capture their engagement shoot and with it, got to know two of the most easy-going and kind hearted humans.
These two have a shared love for the great outdoors, so after first stopping at St. Scholastica (Brittany’s alma mater) to shoot, we took off for Lester Park & then to Brighton Beach to take in another beautiful Lake Superior sunset. It was a perfect night and editing this shoot was so, so fun. I also kept gushing over Brittany’s stunning ring every time it popped up!
Brittany & Noah, enjoy this season of engagement you’re in, and I truly can not wait to capture your big day next year!
Tell me the story of your proposal!
We were going camping in Ely for our 3 year anniversary and Noah randomly asked if I wanted to go hike at Tettegouche State park on our drive there. At a scenic outlook, he stopped and asked me to marry him and I said YES!
What are you most excited for about marriage?
Spending life together, having a family, and taking on projects and adventures together. Lots of camping and fishing. 🙂
Recently engaged? Check out some of my previous engagement shoots and know I’d love to capture this stage of your love story!
